Cura is an AI agent for service businesses — clinics, salons, hotels, spas, studios, veterinary practices, dive schools, coaches. It answers customer messages, books appointments, and follows up across every channel, and keeps a CRM record of each conversation. The goal is to handle the repetitive front-desk work so your team can focus on the people in front of them.

[02]How it works/ Under the hood

Cura drafts from your own knowledge — your saved replies, prices, policies, and tone — not a generic script. Before any reply sends, a presend judge checks that it sounds like you and matches your facts. If it doesn't, the judge fixes or blocks it, so what goes out reads like your business wrote it.

[03]Trust, control & data/ You stay in charge

Yes. Cura runs on a trust ladder — Off, then Draft, then Auto — that you set per channel and per conversation type. In Draft mode, Cura writes the reply and your team approves it before it goes out; you switch a conversation type to Auto only once it consistently sounds right. You earn into autonomy the way you would with a new hire.

You connect your busiest channel first and add the others as you go. Every conversation, across every channel, lands in the same place with the same CRM record.

Cura starts at $99/mo, priced per monthly active customer — the customers you actually exchange messages with that month. Plans scale with that volume rather than with messages or seats, and every tier is published on the pricing page. Contacts sitting quietly in your CRM don't count toward the price.
